πŸ”† Enabling our customers to go places they’d not believe possible before

It’s the day after Christmas, and I was sitting on my terras this morning enjoying the morning sun with an espresso in one hand and my iPad in the other. Then I read this quote from Bernadette Jiwa:

By telling stories, we enable our customers (and employees) to go places they could not believe possible before.

Isn’t it fascinating what we can accomplish when we have something to believe?

2022 is another year I’ll not easily forget, and I don’t think you think about it differently.Β Luckily the Covid challenge has ebbed away, but in return, we got a war, crazy high prices for natural resources, and economic instability.Β 

It was another year full of showcases of how quickly we can adjust and do the remarkable when needed. Again, I’ve seen many remarkable entrepreneurs who didn’t freeze or complain but rolled up their sleeves, stepped up, and made a difference by helping their customers make a difference.

We all have choices, and it’s up to us what we do with them.Β I am humbled to get to interview and work with so many tech entrepreneurs via my weekly podcast and the work in our tribe – simply because that showcases time after time what making the right choices can lead to.

The common thing they share: It all starts with a story – a story that captivates, builds trust, and inspires positive action.

By telling stories, we enable our customers (and employees) to go places they could not believe possible before.
