In just 13 days, 2023 starts. As always, it will bring new challenges and hence new opportunities. And it’s the opportunity I’d like to highlight in today’s post. What fascinates me is what we can do differently to maximize that opportunity.Β
If I put my ear to listening, 2023 will be way more challenging than 2022.Β A weakening economy. The continued effects of the war. Lack of trust in the investment community (‘Expect the next funding won’t come…’) – and more.Β
But isn’t that just a fantastic opportunity? Don’t only survive, but come out stronger altogether.
That starts with ourselves.Β
Friday, I had a quick conversation in a 1-1 session with one of the CEOs in my Mastermind program.
Here’s what he said:
I’ve committed to 3 personal projects to make my business even more Remarkable
β¦.one focused on helping my team be even more remarkable,
β¦.one focused on helping our customers be even more remarkable, and
β¦.one focused on shaping an ecosystem that amplifies all of thisΒ

One thing is sure – by the end of 2023, those SaaS companies that have managed to challenge the status quo by making a difference will be the ones we’ll talk about
Question for you to reflect upon
What three personal projects can you commit to making the SaaS business you own, run, or work for even more remarkable?
