So, where do you focus to stand out and surprise everyone?
One of the recommendations that stood out was this: Recognize & Reward users.
Here’s the thing:
We’re all running a SaaS business on a mission. Our success is dependent on the success of our users. So why not remind those same users about the impact they’re creating while working with your SaaS product?
As one said:
It’s such an easy thing to do and has a big impact. But it’s so easily forgotten. We easily get busy and think of moving forward instead of acknowledging.
So how do you go about it? Here are some ideas to engineer for it – and make it scalable and automatic:
- What does your backend tell you about those users that do the most remarkable things with your product?
- What moments can you surface to remind people of the positive outcomes they’ve achieved with a single user action?
- How can you digitize a personal bond with users by pushing these emotional triggers along the journey that someone makes on your platform?
If you can get your SaaS product to connect on the emotional level of people, it will create belonging. When that happens, you’re in an amazing place.
