What’s your customers’ secret weapon?
What if it was your SaaS product?
In my book, The Remarkable Effect, I share a story from Mike Schneider (then CEO of First). Here’s a snippet:
“It’s encouraging that we’ve built something genuinely valuable. Our customers are so excited; they don’t want anyone to know they have a secret weapon.”
Isn’t this what we all do it for?
Isn’t this the reason why we decide to found our new company?
Isn’t this why we want to work for this company and not for that one?
Isn’t this what gives us the grid to overcome challenges on our way?
Question for you to reflect upon:
What could you change that could make the SaaS company you own, run, or work for the secret weapon for your customers?
