Which problem is your SaaS solving in a bold new way?
Always a fascinating question to reflect upon – right? Here’s why I bring it up.
In my book, The Remarkable Effect, I share a story from Louis Rosenberg, CEO of Unanimous AI. Here’s a snippet:
“I firmly believe that the strongest software businesses are those that manage to solve problems in bold new ways, pioneering a new direction that their industry has overlooked at large.”
Isn’t this what the game, in essence, is all about?
Isn’t this what customers secretly expect from us?
Isn’t this what gives us the most energy?
The big question, however, is: Are we?
Did we put the effort in to find that bold new way?
Did we talk enough to our customers?
Were we prepared to drop some of the other priorities on our roadmap?
We often have many excuses to do exactly ‘what’s expected’
But what if we’d put those excuses aside to be more bold?
Imagine that smile on your customer’s face…
